Join Bet Aviv and about a dozen other synagogues, churches and mosques on April 7 for a Chili Cook Off to benefit Bridges to Housing Stability, a local non-profit that works to house the homeless and provide affordable housing. Taste chili (and other good food) and help a great cause. The event is free (but contributions are encouraged) at the Great Room at Savage Mill, 8600 Foundry St., Savage from noon to 2:30 p.m.
The Chili Cook Off is postponed due the coronavirus health situation and will be held in the fall.
