Blackened Salmon ( With lemon-butter sauce , wild rice and asparagus, topped with tomato corn shallots salsa)

Vegan Bolognese Pasta( Penne pata, vegan Italian  “sausage,” vegetable variety in a vegan Bolognese sauce, garlic bread)

Sirloin Steak( with cremini mushrooms, mashed potatoes, red wine sauce.)
