This special event is held in memory of Cpt. Amir Zur, 23, a paramedic in the elite Sayeret Matkal unit who fell in battle while attempting to “save and free” Kibbutz Kfar Aza on October 7. You can read more about Amir, an avid orienteerer, on our website.
His remarkable talents led him to become a national navigation champion.
