Bet Aviv is offering another Tikkun Olam opportunity by serving a Sunday meal to food insecure people at Our Daily Bread on June 9 from 9 am until about 12:30.
We will have 15 volunteers to serve a hot meal to several hundred VERY needy guests at Our Daily Bread—the facility in Baltimore operated by Catholic Charities that does a lot to help this population.
We will drive down in three cars—leaving about 8:15 am and returning by 1 pm I plan to send out the logistics (where to meet, who’s driving, what time) in a few weeks.
Bet Aviv has done this for many years and it is a very worthwhile endeavor. Please contact Rick Katkow to volunteer.
