(better known by many as Erik Berlin, son of our own WBA member, Marcia Berlin).
Don’t miss out on a night of food, fun, and friends. Through Erik’s culinary skills and good humor, he will help give you the skills you need to succeed in the kitchen. He will demonstrate the preparing of healthy and seasonal recipes that the whole family can enjoy, while teaching us how to use professional and intuitive culinary skills. Of course, sampling included.
Chef Egg worked in a grocery and a culinary event marketing firm for nearly a decade, but realized that serving the community at large was his priority. He can now be found working locally with schools, non-profits and government organizations.
Chef Egg is also a regular guest on the highest rated local news programs. He has also appeared nationally with Emeril Lagasse on Emeril Green and on the Food Network program Rewrapped.
For the past 13 years, Chef Egg has proudly worked with soldiers and their families at Walter Reed and the Wounded Warrior Project. He also traveled overseas to continue his amazing work.
We look forward to seeing all paid members on September 16. Members joining, rejoining or paying on the 16th should plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early.
