WBA Program – Empty Bowls

Soup & Salad 12-2
Blanket Making 2-3

  • Feast on a soup and salad lunch (with bread and water also provided) and savor dessert as we raise money for the Howard County Food Bank and to pay for fabric for Project Linus blankets.
  • Stick around to make blankets for Project Linus.They provide security blankets to kids who are ill or in need
  • Meal ticket: $25 – includes chance to win door prize ($15 if you make soup)
Volunteer Opportunities:

Soup Makers – Make a pot of your favorite soup to feed at least 10 people.  (If you are hesitant to volunteer because of issues with transporting the soup, we will come and pick it up.)
Dessert Makers – bring a dish of finger desserts like brownies or cookies
Set up, serve, and clean up at event.
